KGirls-The Story of Kayla and Kristine

You may have heard my story before. It’s been on TV, in newspapers, in magazines, and on the Internet. It’s even been shared in speeches made all over the country! But this time, I get to tell it myself.
 
My name is Kayla Biagiotti. I’m not a superstar, but I’m part of a really cool running team with my mom, Kristine. People call us the K-Girls. We were the first mother-daughter duo team ever to finish the Boston Marathon! That feat puts us in the history books.
 
There's more to us than running, though. We work to spread the message of acceptance, diversity and inclusion.  Hope you enjoy our story and consider using it to promote acceptance.
